Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday
. Most orders ship from the warehouse within 1-3 business days (M-F excluding holidays).

USPS - Priority Mail
USPS shipping will usually ship from the warehouse within 1-3 days.
USPS shipments do not receive tracking numbers.
Orders under three pounds and orders shipped to AK & HI and to PO/APO Boxes
will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground delivery arrives in 5-7 business days from shipment date.
Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and credit card approval.
Orders should arrive in 5-7 business days from the ship date.
Orders over three pounds will ship via FedEx ground

USPS - International Orders
International orders will still ship First Class International (up to 4 lbs) and Priority Mail International (4 lbs & over). Items shipped outside the USA may take 4-8wks or more for delivery.
Any customs fees, duties etc. are the responsibilty of the customer.

Credit Card Purchases
Our merchant account company automatically verifies billing iformation, and checks to see if funds are available.
When funds are approved, your credit card company sets that money aside.
This may appear that your credit card has been charged,
the purchase amount has only been marked as unavailable to other merchants.
Once WithinHisGrace.com / Perry Enterprises processes your order, the funds are then transferred
and your credit card will be charged for the goods purchased.
Payments will show up on your statement as paid to Perry Enterprises

Returns and Exchanges
Need to return or exchange an item, No problem!

If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item, we will gladly replace it.
We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service).

If you order the wrong size merchandise, we will replace it, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return.

with a brief explanation why you need to return or exchange them and what you need in its place.
